4. Intellectual Property and User Code
You retain full ownership of the source code and content you write and submit to SmartCompiler. We do not claim any ownership rights over your personal code or intellectual property.
5. AI Features and Disclaimers
Code explanations, bug analysis, and recommendations provided by our AI Tutor are for educational and guidance purposes. While we strive for accuracy, automated analysis may occasionally produce suggestions that are incomplete. Users should independently verify code behavior.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our acceptable use policy or attempt to compromise server security.
